Normally, I would highly recommend Chez Dominique, but they have only two rooms, so I'm not sure accommodating 6 people is an option, unless they can do a roll-away, an Aerobed, or something else. However, I recall that Dominique's neighbor also rents a couple of excellent rooms...she'll book rooms there when she's full, so maybe between the two, this might be an option. Rates are around €90 per night...darn good for a major city and right in the center. BTW, Rick's recommendations for Brussels aren't very good IMHO (with the exception of Hotel Welcome)...check tripadvisor.
