My husband and I will be in Beaune for two nights. We are looking for accommodation suggestions in and around Beaune (we will have a car). Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

Here's a website to check for accommodations: http://www.beaune-tourism.com/Accommodation-France/Accommodation-beaune.asp Haven't been to that area of France yet--looks beautiful. Have fun on your trip.
We stayed in town at Hotel Le Cep (in Rick's France guide) and liked it a lot.
Erin -
Last March we stayed at a B&B in Beane named El Jardins de Lois. It is a little on the high side, but it was one of the best places we have stayed in Europe. We were just sitting here talking about it at breakfast. It is also a small winery. It is new(remodeled), spacious, and has an ambiance you can't describe. The owners give you the run of the place. Their wines are worth bringing back - we brought back 12 bottles. It has to be some of the friendliest people we have met. Look them up on Tripadvisor - I wrote a testimonial for them. It is a little hard to find, but it is just a couple of minutes walk into town. Have a good trip - Pam and Bill
William, I read your post with interest as I am also planning a trip to France. I copied the name you mentioned and pasted into tripadvisor...no match. I checked hotel listings for Beaune and didn't find the place. Another name?
David, I just googled "Les Jardins de Lois" and it came up.
Sorry about that - it is Les Jardins De Lois. www.jardinsdelois.com. I believe we reserved directly with them. When you go from memory, sometimes you miss. I will do better
Hi Erin,
We were traveling by train so it was convenient for us to stay at Rick's recommended Hotel de France very near the train station, about a 10-minute walk to the city center. It's very basic but clean with a nice breakfast for an additional charge.
Next time we'll consider staying at Hotel des Remparts--we walked by there and it really looked lovely! The recent reviews on Trip Advisor look mostly positive.
