I need a hotel near CDG for the last night of our trip before flying home at 10:30 am. Many have free shuttle service, but I need one with service to Terminal 2. I found a nice -looking one but it only has service to Terminal 3. Any experience with this? Thanks.

If it'll shuttle you to terminal 3, it'll probably actually drop you off at the RER station, which is about 75 yards away. That's where you'll find the CDGVal people-mover, a driverless train, that'll take you to terminal 2. http://www.easycdg.com/pages/cdgval_light_railpag.html

If you want to save a few bucks, both the Formule1 and ETAP (colocated) have a shuttle to T2.

We have an early morning (7 am) flight home out of CDG in September so on our last night I have us booked at the Ibis CDG. It's right at the airport so no shuttle is needed and I got a price of $80 CDN. With this airport there is no shuttle worries, I just have to hop on the tram between T3 and T2.
From their website "the Ibis is linked to Terminals 1/2 and the TGV station by the CDGVAL (24-hour automatic metro). The hotel has 556 rooms with Wi-Fi, 2 restaurants, a bar, a terrace, 6 conference rooms and indoor paying parking"

The Ibis Terminal 3 is a good recommendation. There are other Ibis at CDG, but they require shuttles to reach the terminals. Note the rooms are small but the buffet breakfast is impressive. For low cost there is also Etape. Formula 1 is the lowest cost for budget travelers, good for bunking four to a room.
