9th and 16th arrondissements hotels Jump to bottom Posted by james (atlanta, ga, us) on 08/19/08 05:05 PM Does anyone have experience with hotels in these areas? We saw one (Hotel Jules) in 9th near the opera and another one(hotel eiffel-kennedy) in the 16th. Any thoughts on these areas? Thanx
