Hotel near Gare Montparnasse?

I'd like to find a hotel/guesthouse VERY close to Gare Montparnasse. Clean, safe, and hopefully quiet; very simple is fine. I'd like to spend around 80E if possible.
I'm seeing lots of business-type hotels, which are more expensive. Any suggestions?
