I booked an apartment in Barcelona for August. Before doing so I contacted Frederick Cotterell through the site's e-mail. Since booking the apartment, though, I've had several questions and have e-mailed both Frederick and the person who received my down payment per the receipt I received. I have not gotten any replies and am feeling a bit apprehensive about these reservations. Has anyone had experience with tournights?

I was thinking of using Tournight.com in Paris but have the same concerns. How did this work out for you?

I was contacted by Frederick as the travel date approached. We had a BIG problem with Alitalia canceling our flight, so we actually postponed the trip and had to cancel our reservations with Tournights. I was able to personally speak to Frederick, and he was very kind about the whole situation. I can't say how the apartments were, but I was pleased with the communication after all. I hope it goes well for you!
