The train station in Paris for a trip to Reims is Gare de l'Est in the 10th Arrond. You can take the TGV or local train to Reims.

Train stations are particular to a certain region in France. There will only be one choice.

yes, exactly, no choice, as trains for destination always leave from same station, so all trains going a certain direction will always leave from a station that handles only trains going and coming from that region.
