We will be getting of the ship in Le Havre and would like to know how far the train station is .We have to catch a train into Paris and then shuttle to the airport to catch a flight.

Mile and a half. If the boat doesn't have a shuttle, there will be taxis.

It is about a kilometer. Chances are there is a bus. Follow the crowds/signs or attach yourself to someone who knows what they are doing. Probably most of your shipmates will also be heading for the train to Paris. Here is a map. In a pinch it even looks like it is walkable, if you are into that. (I am.) The above map looks to be from the ferryport. Unless it's been moved, the cruise terminal is not co-located. The cruise ship terminal is a good half-mile to the southwest (even southwest of the compas rose). Due to the harbor structure, you can't walk in a straight line.
