We are staying in Paris one night by the Effiel tower but have to change rooms the second night. We fly to Rome the third morning from Orly. Is it better to find another room in paris or out by the airport. How easy is it to get to Orly area?

That's really a shame you have to change hotels. It's fairly easy to get to Orly by Air France bus, RER, or taxi. We did stay out there two years ago at the Holiday Inn before a flight. The hotel was fine, not four star, but alright with a very comfortable large room. They have a shuttle bus to the terminals.

We were staying near the Eiffel Tower and took the Air France shuttle bus to Orly. Very easy. I think it picks up from Les Invalides if I remember correctly and around 10-12 Euros. Here's a link: http://www.airfrance.com/indexCOM.html
