How is the weather there in November? And is the tourism season at a minimum then? Thanks.

I can't speak for November, but I imagine the weather is similar to the beginning of March, when I was there. One thing to keep in mind about the weather. The hills are high enough that it can be snowing at the top and raining in the valleys and since most of the towns are built at the top of hills, you'll be going up and down a lot in the countryside. Also, a rain shower can turn into a snow shower very easily. So be prepared for that fluctuation. All-in-all it spices up the variety of the trip!
