Our cruise ship will be docking here for 12 hrs on June 4, 2011, anyone have any recommendations for guides or touring? Has anyone had any experience renting a car? Is that a feasible thing to do on the island? Any and all feedback/suggestions etc. Would ne greatly appreciated! Laurel

I stopped there on a cruise, as well. I took the bicycle tour. It was a great time and a very different perspective from the typical bus tours. The only problem was....... we stopped at a wonderful little maket square and I couldn't buy anything because I had no way to carry it!! Have fun!! Its a beautiful island!

There is also a hop on/off bus -- actually a little pulled trolley - that hits all the major tourists sites. The area is very walkable.
