Has anyone been here recently? Is information about this city available in one of Rick's books? if so--which book? --have friends staying there and they invited us over...now trying to make plans--

Hi Karen. We were there a few years ago; it was a pleasant small city on coast. If covered in any RS book, it would be the Spain book. But he doesn't try to cover all spots; he just picks some of his favorites. If you have friends there, you should go! Try bookstore or library for other more comprehensive travel books.

thanks--I just downloaded RS Europe App and I didn't know if there was any information on Alicante Spain on that--or in one of his books-- I'll check out his book and others at our local Barnes and Noble--
