Tours

We are going to be in Vienna in September and saw some nice tours on the internet. Has anyone ever ordered your tour tickets ahead of time? Do you think this is safe? The tours we are interested in are through Vienna Tours they pick up and drop off at your hotel. Is it better to handle this after you check in to your hotel? I'm curious if anyone has ever ordered tickets on line. Thanks Anne
