5 hours in Palma, Mallorca

I have 5-6 hours between flights in Palma, Mallorca this Sunday 12/23/12. I usually explore a city by walking a route between -- or passing by -- 2 or 3 major "must-see" sites. Assuming I can check my luggage at the airport, can anyone recommend a walking route that would allow me to experience Palma and make it back to the airport with no worries? I am most interested in Moorish culture, archeology and gardens.

The Cathedral is definitely the biggest attraction in La Palma.
With only 5 hours, you won't get a chance to see much else. The old town is also interesting.
