My husband and I would like to take a European river cruise in September on the Danube from Germany to Hungry. I thought about GCT or Vantage. Does either tour company include transportation from USA to Europe cruise destination? Where can I find reviews and ratings of both company's? We also want to hear classical piano and baroque organ music in a cathedral. What cruise ships do these tour company's use? Any suggestion?

I know they do the Danube (that was our first choice but was booked when we wanted to go). We went on their Rhine River Cruise in August 2007 and were very happy. They used to offer the whole package (not sure if they still do), but we opted to arrange our own transportation.
