This isn't a question but an answer to my own previous question. I wrote before leaving for Europe on May 8th trying to find out information about the Amsterdam Cruise Terminal. I was misinformed and would like to share the real scoop to anyone preparing to take a cruise there. The terminal has no ATMS. If you plan to take the tram which does stop right in front, you better have Euros before getting off the ship. Also, I had rented bikes from Amsterbike because they are located in the parking garage right underneath the terminal. The guy had taken off and locked up the office. He left a note saying he'd be back but we had no idea when and couldn't wait. So we ended up walking to the train station which isn't nearly as far as is indicated on their websites, etc. We rented from Mike's Bikes at the station instead and had a great day.
