I have been granted a schengen visa for a trip to Italy from 12/06/09 to 26/06/09. It is a class c multiple entry visa which states : from 12/06/09 until 11/09/09. I want to visit Greece for 5 days at the beginning of October 2009. Will this visa still be valid? I was under the impression that a class c visa is valid for 6 months, but am concerned about the dates above. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to speak to a human at the embassy,so would appreciate any help!
Are you a US or UK citizen?
I'm confused about your dates myself. Does your trip begin Dec 6 or June 12? Your ending date of 26/06/09 would indicate that you are using the European way of indicating the date, but then nothing else matches. Is 11/09 Nov 9th, or Sept 11? If it's Nov 9, you have no problem.
The dates all match - they are all in day/month/year format.
From 12/06/09 to 11/09/09 is 90 days.
Class C Schengen Visas are only valid for 90 days. These are short stay tourist visas. You have to have a type D visa to stay longer than 90 days.

Thanks for clearing that up, Laura. I guess I was confused by why she needed a visa for a two week trip (June 12-26) in the first place, and then I thought I was misreading it.
