I'm trying to decide which city to visit during my tour of Europe next month. Which city has more to offer in terms of food, sites, etc...? Which is cheaper ie where would I get the most bang for my money? I noticed Geneva has very few hostels, however, they have many cheap hotels from which to select. I'm planning to stay for at least 2-4 days.
Depends on what you like to see. Do a google search for each city plus "attractions" or "sights". Read about both and decide which interests you most.
Hard to tell which is cheaper. Depends on what you buy. My guess is both are same.

My wife and I decide Geneva. Now for transportation options. Has anyone taken the overnight train between Geneva and Rome? Is it safe and comfortable? Or should I choose an easyjet flight instead? The ticket prices are about the same.
