Bonjour Rose-Ann, We have thoroughly enjoyed Hotel des Quatre Dauphins, Hotel des Augustins and our favorite, hotel le Manoir. My first choice is le Manoir, although the petit déjeuner isn't the greatest, it's ok. I suggest checking them all out on tripadvisor.com and of course, Rick's Provence. We especially like the location of le Manoir.
