I am planning on being in Valencia on Thanksgiving. Any recomndations for a place for a special Paella dinner? What are the don't miss sites in this city?

We just returned from the Valencia area and loved it. The huge, modern science area in the middle of the city is worth a day. There are some places to eat in the different buildings and a very nice one in the aquarium. The aquarium cafe is worth looking at and if the prices aren't too high, has a pretty good Paella. Have a great time.
