I am trying to determine whether to stay in Cochem, Zell or Beilstein. We'll have a car and will be there for 2 nights exploring the area and won't go to the Rhine as we've already been there. We'd like a room with a balcony or terrace on the river and I see that Zell has one.
Recommendations please.

We stayed at Hotel Haus Lipmann in Beilstein last summer. Some rooms have a full length window that opens towards the Mosel River. You need to request river view when you book. The outdoor restaurant also overlooks the river. Great food, great wine, great room!

Has anyone stayed at Hotel Weinhaus Mayer in Zell. They have a great price and nice site and I was wondering about it.
