We spent a week in Paris 11 years ago, and have always wanted to go back to see the Loire Valley countryside and experience some bicycling around the back roads including some of the recommended sites for small town experiences. The plan to far is for Sept. 4 to Sept. 25, 2013, and making it a train/bike trip. Any Hot Tips considering that we are not too much interested in touring more than one or two of the many chateaus.
