We are sending my sis to Paris in Nov for a grad present. She's a fashion major and I'd love to find some good fashion tours/sites to visit for her. Any ideas? Thanks!
Musee de la Mode - is the fashion / textile museum in Paris.
It is located on rue Rivoli - as part of the Louvre building but with a separate entrance.

Many of the tours are "shopping oriented" that I am familiar with - but perhaps this could be a start...

Kristen, the above link is about haute couture, second hand, in Paris... bon chance! P
Slightly off topic, but the fashions people were wearing in Paris were going back to the 80s. One can only hope we're too behind in the U.S. to see this again - lol! Wearing all white seemed very popular for both men and women. Many women were wearing pants that I called balloon pants - not sure of the technical term there - but they were a cotton material that was puffed out around the legs and then at the ankles there was a very wide/tall elastic band/cuff.
