15th Arr.

We are renting an apartment in the 15th Arr. - a part of Paris I can't find in the guides (very residential). Does anyone have any dining suggestions? Anything else about the area? Thanks.

Check some of these restos out: La Cave de l'Os a moelle, La Chaumiere, La Cour St Charles, La Folletterie, La Gitane, La Grande Rue, Le Bistrot, Le Cafe du Commerce, Le Sept Quinze, Oh! Duo, Taverne La Forge, Ty Breize. Also consider restos in the Latin Quarter( Le Coupe Chou is interesting) which is close to where you are staying. One of our favorites is Les Bouquinestes which is on Rue St Augustins near ND & the Seine and it is just a Metro ride away.

It will be with my husband and two kids. So good value , moderate priced I guess. We all like trying different cuisines, but are not looking for anything elaborate or fancy.

There's a good Chinese place on Boulveard de Grenelle. For more recommendations, check out the Michelin Green Guide to Paris. It has details for EVERY arrondissement, not just the touristy ones.

ViaMichelin also has in depth restaurant listings for Paris. Select France as the country, enter 75015 for the postal code, choose Michelin Restaurants, and click Search. Michelin will give a list of all the reviewed restaurants in the area. Click on the name of a restaurant for more details about it.
