We arrive at 7 pm on Sat the 1st and depart Sunday the 2nd. Plan to send luggage on but do a pub crawl Sat night to try some beer. Find sleep only hotel for 5 or 6 hours and shower. Waffles and chocolate and back for 10am flight. Suggestions on hotel or part of town to hit? Dome take train or cab (I heard train is easy) and hotel in area we go? Ideally check in to hotel from airport then dinner and pub crawl or beer spots, back to hotel then gone. Suggestions on any or all?

This is a short walk from Brussels Central Station and about 5 minutes to Grand Place. http://www.almahotel.be/index-en.html For beer, these are the only places you'll probably have time to visit.
