I can understand why you might want to renew vows in a romantic city like Paris, but why seek out an actual ceremony? Why not just do it yourselves at some romantic spot? After all, you've just spent a lot of money on a legally binding wedding, so why spend more on a ceremony in a language you don't understand (unless you're fluent in French)?

I tend to agree with Nancy. We had a couple at church who renewed their vows privately. The pastor at our church helped with the basic outline and they used those on a beach in Hawaii.
