DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS SHUTTLE SERVICE FROM CDG TO THE HOTELS ON THE CHAMPS ELYSEES?

Using all caps is considered "shouting." Please don't.
You would have to check with a specific hotel to see if it offers its own shuttle service. However, there are any number of airport shuttle companies. Google "Paris airport shuttle service" (without the quotation marks) and you'll get a sizeable list from which to choose.

You can take the Air France shuttle to the Arc. This sightseeing destination as you know, starts the Champs Elysees.

My preferred service - you can make reservations online and request an English speaking driver if you wish.
