11 Day trip

When you figure in the time required to get from place to place, you aren't leaving yourself hardly anytime to SEE those places. I mean, you are trying to visit 4 countries in 11 days! You could reasonably do Salzburg, Vienna and Prague in the time you have but I'd suggest just doing Vienna and Prague to get the most from the experience.

Is that 11 actual days, or are you counting the days you fly to and from Europe? I don't know where Vrco is, so have no idea how long your trip is. Even if you have 11 full days (meaning 12 nights) it would be a bit much in my opinion to go to 5 cities in 4 countries in that time. Yes, you can do it if you want to see things from the inside of trains. As mentioned, you have to allow for travel time. You have to figure at least a half day to check out of you lodging, find the train station, get your train, go to the next city, find your lodging, check in...you get the idea. I find it easier to plan an itinerary by how many nights i will be at each place. If you actually have 12 nights to spend, I would chose 3 places for 4 nights each if you really want to get to know the city, or 4 places for 3 nights each for more of a overview. If you spend 3 nights in a place it gives you 2 full days there. If you have 10 nights I would limit it to 3 places.

I agree with the others that this is too much in too little of a window of time. Years ago, I did a trip that covered Vienna, Hallstatt, Salzburg, Munich, Prague and back to Vienna, with a few smaller cities in between. Even that was pushing it and we spent a lot of time in the car. Definitely try to scale back your plans! I think Austria/Czech Republic is very doable.
