Arriving at 7 am on a weekday at de Gaulle in Paris. Taxi or RER to Beaubrg area?? Thanks
The RER "B" train to Gare du Nord or Chatelet, then a taxi to your hotel, would be much cheaper than a taxi all the way in from the airport. The only reasons to taxi all the way would be a lot of luggage or mobility issues or you're really tired after an all night flight. Other things being equal, RER is quick and easy and inexpensive.
How many people in your group?

I second the RER vote. It'll be quicker (particularly during rush hour because you'll hit traffic by the time you go through customs, collect your luggage, etc). From CDG to Gare de Nord, it will take about 25-30 mins, depending on whether it's Express or not. It's also cheap € 9.50/ticket. Make sure to keep your ticket after it is validated. Safe journey!
