Planning on spending 8-9 days between Florence, Cinquterre, Switzerland first two weeks in August. Recommendations for time allotment in each place and what to do. I see by a few comments weather may be a concern for Switerland (rain) this time of year. We like outdoors and hiking, etc. Thanks. Also because of travel on both sides of this in Germany, I will have a rental car for this trip. Any advice/comments on this and driving as well would be appreciated. Never been to these countries before.
