We have a group eight of girl scouts ages 13-15 with two adults going to Paris this summer. We're considering staying at hostels. Does anyone have any opinions or recommendations on safe and clean hostels in Paris?

I highly recommend the MIJE hostels in the Marais. They are renovated 17th-century private mansions. Wonderful location, beautiful buildings, and very clean and safe. Lots of school groups stay there, but they're open to anyone. See www.mije.com.

Thanks! I'll pass this website on to my daughter's leaders. I checked out the hostel on trip advisor and I was impressed by the good reviews.
