Hi All, I have 10 nites totally for Seville, Barcelona, and Lisbon.
Currently, I plan to spend 3 nites for Seville, 3 nites for Barcelona, and 4 nites for Lisbon? Please give me your suggestions regarding which city should I spend 4 nites? Thank you very much.
Your plan seems fine. There will be no right answer to which city to spend 4 nights in, each city is worth 4. I'd say 4 nights for Lisbon since you can spend a full day at Sintra. Will you be flying between each city? They are not close or well linked by rail to each other.
Hi, Thank you very much for your reply. Yes, I will take AVE (fast) train from Madrid to Seville, then fly from Seville to Barcelona, and to Lisbon. I have additional questions in my planning phase rightnow, and I you can help me to provide your suggestion: 1. Drop a plan for day tour from Seville to Gibraltar (it costs $300 E for two of us).
2. Plan to take a day tour from Seville to Alhambra/Granada, and stay in Granada for the nite, and fly from here to Barcelona. Do you think I should come back to Seville (3 more hours on the bus), and fly to Barcelona from Seville? Again, thank you very much for your help.
Agree on both points. I wouldn't pay or waste a day to go to Gibraltar. If you go to Grenada, you need at least one night and I wouldn't bother backtraking to Sevilla. There are cheap flights from Grenada to Barcelona.
You didn't say what time of the year your going. If you add a day to Barcelona you could take a daytrip to Stiges and spend a day at a really nice beach town. Granada is very nice but you need at least one day/night there and two would be better. I wouldn't add another stop just pick a daytrip from one of the cities you already plan to see if you run out of stuff to do there. Which you won't.
