We are leaving for Arles tomorrow by car and would like to do a 1/2 day cooking class there.....any suggestions?

This is one that's recommended in Rick's book: http://www.cuisineprovencale.com/. I contacted Madeleine when we were in Provence and she was very helpful. The class times didn't fit with our schedule though otherwise, we would have signed up!
