1 bedroom in the Latin Quarter, Paris

Greetings! First of all I would like to thank everyone who posts on here. I have always found the suggestions very helpful.
I am looking for a 1 bedroom (clean not fancy) place to rent for 6 weeks in the Latin Quarter in Paris next summer. Can ya'll recommend any companies?
Thanks ! Tricia

We are renting an apartment for 5 days in January from VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner)--their website is easy to search by areas of the city. We were able to pay our deposit using PayPal. We will be there in January so I cannot comment on our specific apartment, etc. So far, the process has been easy and the owner responded quickly to our e-mails.

In October we rented an apartment in Paris for 5 nights from Vacation In Paris (located in New Jersey). They have apartments in the Latin Quarter although we stayed in the 7th. VIP was excellent to deal with and our apartment was exactly what we expected, with a boulangerie right across the street! We saved money by eating breakfast in and getting our picnics along Rue Cler. The ultimate cost ended up being the same price as as a hotel room with more space! Contact vacationinparis.com

We are renting a one bedroom apartment for the end of Dec. and beginning of Jan. in the Latin Quarter, that I found on VRBO. In Paris you can sort by area. Look in the 5th arrondismont. I am renting #5967 and I am paying in dollars. The price is very reasonable. It seems that most listings want euros. I haven't seen it yet of course, but my brother was in Paris last week and he checked it out for me. He couldn't go into the apartment, but he did go into the building and checked out the area. It is not only within walking distance of a lot of things, but there are two metro stations with a couple of minutes. If you have any questions feel free to PM me.
