1-2 nights in Isles-sur-la Sorgue advice please

Hi. I am considering visiting ISLS over a weekend to see the Sunday market. I will be coming from and returning to Aix-en-Provence where I am attending a language school for a month. I get a 3 day weekend and wanted to fit in an overnight trip. I love markets and am an avid photographer; i would like at least a night there to see all the town and take photos of the canals & bridges. I am seeking advice on places to stay that are mid-priced and reliable, and any restaurant recommendation would be great. I will be travelling in mid-October. It appears I can come and go from Aix via train; i looked on the Sncf website. Thanks in advance.

June, You might have a look at Hotel Les Nevons. I believe that's where I stayed when I was there a few years ago (would have to check my records) and I found the room very comfortable. For restaurants, although it has somewhat "mixed" reviews on Trip Advisor one that comes to mind is Lou Nego Chin. As I recall the dinner I had there was good. I'm also an avid photographer and found lots of good photo op's in Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Happy travels!

Thanks for the great advice Ken. Is it worth 2 nights stay? The Sunday would be busier with the market. I thought 2 nights would give me time to ramble around with my camera and take in the market. Thank you.
