Wrong dates on London Travel card - What's our option now?

Hi,
Three of us will be traveling to London this summer (end of August). We bought travel card along with London Pass. It appears we misunderstood the validity dates policy and gave the dates closest to our travel date but not exact dates we need to be using. Our London passes came without travel dates and are valid for a duration as we understood it. However, travel cards arrived with dates stamped on them. We did not realize these travel cards are valid for only those exact dates. What can we do about it now? Will they oblige if we want to amend the dates or can we sell those cards or did we just loose our money? any help here is highly appreciated. Thanks

If you bought the London Travelcards through Visit Britain Shop - just contact them immediately. This happened to my parents last year. They emailed them with their reference number and explained what happened. They had replacement cards sent to them. It's probably a case by case basis but they did work with my parents. If you didn't use the site mentioned above, I would still do the same thing - send them an email and explain what happened - always include your order reference number. Good Luck!
