We want to take a train from London, stop in Windsor and then go on to Liverpool. Is there a place to store luggage in Windsor while touring the castle? What train route goes from Windsor to Liverpool?

The only way to go from Windsor to Liverpool is to go back through London. You might as well leave your luggage at one of the train stations in London.

Hi Cinda, as Frank said you will have to go back into London, go to Euston Station to get a train to Liverpool. It's an hour and 45 minute trip. Have fun.

Neither of Windsor's two train stations are on Intercity lines. They are what we would call "commuter" rail. Mostly just in and out of London with stops in between.

Having been to Liverpool, I am wondering why you go there when there is so much of historical interest to see in London?
And farther North in the midlands and Scotland.
