How do I find out which terminal I will be flying into at Heathrow? I am flying Northwest from Minneapolis in April and from what I can tell from the Heathrow map airlines are assigned specific terminals. Is this right?
As far as I know, Northwest's flights to London from Minneapolis end up at Gatwick, in the south Terminal.
I was orginally supposed to fly into Gatwick. But Northwest changed it to Heathrow and now I can't get a flight on Northwest to Gatwick. Must be a new thing.
They're cancelling the service to Gatwick and replacing it with Heathrow as of 29 March. You'll be deplaning at Terminal 4. You can still get to Gatwick via Detroit.
Thanks Norm. The Heathrow site was giving me a headache trying to figure it all out.
Norm - I am flying on NW out of Detroit into Gatwick in May. As far as you know - is that going to change? I can't find anyone at NW who konws!!
Thanks - Annie
Annie -- you should be able to look at your reservation online. Look for the airport code -- LHR is Heathrow and GTW is Gatwick.
They SHOULD keep you on the Gatwick run, since that's the one you booked...the Detroit-LHR flight is a new service to run in conjunction with the Gatwick flight. But if it's flight 102, then it's the one to Heathrow. Check closer to flight time.
