After reading many reviews I've narrowed my choices to these three. We will be traveling in London in April and our only criteria is clean, safe and somewhat comfortable...Any opinions would be welcomed

Well, from personal experience I can say that the Luna&Simone meets all three of your criteria. Plus a substantial breakfast is included that will carry you through the day, and the extremely handy #24 bus stops literally at the door. Victoria Station is about a 10 minute walk (but the bus will likely get you there quicker).

I will 2nd Terri's vote for Luna & Simone. Myself & 5 other ladies stayed there last May & we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The twin brothers/owners are great also.
