Would like to ask your opinion on where to stay in London. I am interested in an apartment 5 mins from West Kensington in London. From research I think it is just a bit outside the central west London, pretty close to Earl’s Court though. Is it a good choice considering quite cheap: 139 GBP for a 3 BR apt (sleep 6 pps) comparing to 200 GBP in Notting Hill Gate Hotel in Notting Hill.
Thank you in advance for your advice,
Alice
That apartment sounds like a good deal. If you are only a few minutes' walk from the Tube, you can be in central London within minutes. You will probably feel as though you are in a real neighborhood, with shops, etc.
it sounds great - I was there several years ago and stayed in an apt - it will probably be tiny ...and ours was up 4 very long flights of stairs .... but got a good work out- by the time that we left I only had to stop and rest one time!! as long as you can walk to the tube station that it all that matters.
