I will leave the 'is it doable' to others although I imagine so. Of the 3 places, to me Kenmare is far and away the loveliest. Followed by Dingle and Cashel a way behind. That said, the rock of Cashel is fantastic.

Assuming you will have a rental car, Kenmare is the best location for accessing the Beara Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry or Gap of Dunloe. Use google maps or theaa.com to check distances from Kenmare to other points you might want for daytripping. Dingle is also good if you just want to relax, but it's not convenient for seeing other spots besides the Dingle peninsula. Both towns offer a good ion of places to eat and shop. If you opt for Kenmare, we really enjoyed staying at Tahila Cove which is about ten miles from there, maybe two hundred feet above the bay.

Hey John Best Advise is as follows, travel from Dublin to Kenmare via Cashel ( you make a small detour off the new motorway ) and arrive in Kenmare that evening. Stay in Kenmare and do the Ring of Kerry & Ring of Beara, and enjoy it, I am from Kenmare so i might be pro Kenmare, but for your short time it is the best way to go. I tell this to my guests when they are here, ' Ireland, the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara are experiences, the longer you spend enjoying them the greater the experience' regards
