Where to find 2nd hand clothing/thrift shops in Oslo?

I'm looking to buy 2nd hand, quality clothing in Oslo (i.e. winter mittens, gloves, and other warm clothing accessories)? I don't want to pay more than 50NOK. Usually these are called thrift shops in North America (Value village being the most famous). Where can I find similar shops in Norway?
