Would like to know where the bus stop at Terminal 5 for the 423 bus. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.

All the public buses leave from in front of arrivals hall at T5.
As you exit the customs/baggage area into the public area just go straight on for the nearest exit. The first road outside the front door is the bus lane where all the buses and coaches pickup.
The local buses like the 423 are furthest to the right as you exit the terminal.
