What hop on hop off bus tour in Dublin??

HI All, I see alot of you recommending a hop-on hop-off bus tour in Dublin. I tried to find it but when I search I find 3-4 different companies. Which one do you all recommend?

Just buy an all-day ticket on the city buses.

Any hop on hop off is good. I've done this bus tour in several major cities in Europe and Dublin was the best one because the driver did the narration. Have a fun trip!

To add to what Trisha said, the driver does the narration unless it is a bus that has the headphones for multiple languages. Try not to get on one of those. You can tell from the outside of the bus which one it is. We enjoyed getting on the different buses and hearing the different drivers. Most of them were pretty good!

We took the red bus (company name was Guide Friday), and the narrator sat on the top with us, pointing out various things along the way. He also sang to us. We really enjoyed it.

Thanks All! So the Guide Friday is what you've been on? I dont want to do a city bus, I actually want the narration per the comments I've read from others.

I took the one from Dublin Bus which also throws in during the summer a walk in tour from Pat Liddy tours as well[INVALID]you MUST ask for it from the Dublin Bus drivers.

I took the red bus, but they were called the Dublin City Hop on Hop Off tour (see link that describes it). You can see it at the link below. I think most of the hop on hop off are similiar, but I would check to see how long the pass is good for (24hrs minimum) and also if it goes to the Kilmainham Gaol and the Guinness Storehouse, as I'm not sure all of them do and those are two sightt you don't want to miss! http://www.dublintours.net/?event=offer.detail&offerId=3175
