Please help with the name of a US based agency that handles rentals in this area. I am most interested in a 2 BR cottage.

If you're not married to the idea of going through an agency, you'll spend a lot less finding one yourself. Just doing a quick look in County Kerry on goireland.com, there's several ranging in price from 300-700 euro/week. You can do your own search by Googling "self catering (name of county or town).

My concern is arriving at the address, finding the place locked and the owner does not answer the phone nor emails. (I've actually had this happen). Having a 3rd person or office to call is vital.
