Uxbridge Train Station

I'm looking to take a train from Uxbridge to Heathrow airport. I can't find whether this train station still operates. Does anyone know? Thanks.

Thanks, Frank. I looked it up. It doesn't look to me like this particular train will be what I want. I'm still trying to figure out how I'm going to make this trip work for us and for my relatives from Sweden who are meeting us there. We will be in Chalfont St. Giles a bit to the north of Heathrow and I'm checking to see if there's a simple way to get them to Heathrow since my husband and I will be heading back north. I was hoping for a train or bus that would go directly there so it wouldn't be confusing for them. If you have any suggestions of how I would check this out, please let me know. Thanks!

No reason they can't go by tube from Uxbridge. Its the same Piccadilly line which goes to Heathrow, just a different branch. Uxbridge is the end of its branch. Travel towards London, change at Acton Town, travel to Heathrow. Simples! Or, as discussed earlier, it really is easy to swing into the Airport and drop them off as you head out of town....

Nigel's comments are valid- if they can handle one simple Tube change, they can do it. Both Uxbridge and Heathrow are on western extensions of the Piccadilly line. Of course if they are uncomfortable, you could leave your car at Heathrow, travel by tube to Uxbridge and escort them back to heathrow by Tube- by then you will be old hands at it

These are people who are very experienced travelers (my cousins from Sweden), so I don't know why I feel so responsible for getting them there....but I seem to. Yes, I do feel these alternatives are workable. I am now also looking into the bus too. When they leave, my husband and I are going to drive to Bletchley and then further north. Thank you.
