My husband (74 years) and I (70 years) and my daughter and her husband would like to visit Ireland in August of 2012. We would like to hire a guide for two weeks with a van who can take us from Dublin and around the Island to Belfast and then back to Dublin. We don't want to drive, but would like to have someone set up our vacation as stated above. Is this possible ?

That's a fair challenge you're putting up there Marilynn! I will suggest EIL, I'm pretty sure they organise tours similar to what you're looking for, except that it would be a bus tour with mostly Americans & Canadians, not quite a van but it might meet (or exceed) your needs.
