I made reservations last October for 2 weeks in May with Rentacarireland. I need to make a change-I thought I had CDW coverage but discovered I was misinformed. Now I want to add it to my reservation and I'm not able to get a hold of anyone. I talked with someone last October but the 2 numbers on their website are not going through. I tried emailing but have not gotten an answer yet. I have a Dublin address but am wondering what's going on! Anyone know how to contact them? The number I have is either 716-795-0315 (I have tried as both a Dublin and U.S. number) or 1-877-473-5292. I'm really frustrated now. Thanks

Carol, I think this outfit is a rental car consolidator. They will place you with a proper car rental agency. Have they given you details as to whom you are renting from? If so, you should be able to contact the rental car company directly to make changes. Likely you would also be able to add the CDW at the time rental (get the more expensive super CDW).

Thanks, Michael, I did find that you were right and I was able to get the information I needed with the Hertz desk at Kerry airport. I was concerned I would have to completely remake the reservation but I was able to add the insurance to my existed one (I'd gotten a much better rate-that I didn't want to lose- back in October). They turned out to be very helpful. Thanks, again.
