I am taking a trip to Ireland. Can anyone recommend a travel company/tour company where I can take a tour by rain/bus for 3-4 days. There are a lot of tour companies and I am not sure which ones are solid legitimate companies. thanks for any help...

Try www.railtoursireland.com. This is part of the Irish Rail system and is 100% legitimate,also www.buseireann.ie does tours but I believe they are all day tours.

When I was in Ireland last fall, I spoke with some of the group on a Paddywagon tour, and they seemed to be having a great time. They appear to have tours of varying lengths, so that might fit your criteria.
They also operate Hostels in various places, including Dublin (regarding your other Post).

If you don't get help on this page, when you arrive in Ireland phone a travel agent and ask his advice. Since he lives in that area he will know which tour companies will meet your needs.
I always drive in Ireland, so I'm not familiar with tour companies. When you arrive, though, stop by the Tourist Information desk at the airport. They have a wealth of information about tours and attractions that might work for you.
