Does anyone have a recommendation for a great driver/guide to pick us up at Heathrow and do some touring for two days in the Cotswolds and Oxford area this summer?

I can refer you to Ray Skinner at london-transfers.com. I have used his services half a dozen times for transfers to and from Southampton and Heathrow and I know he does short tours as well, though I have never used him for such. He is professional and reliable and always courteous.
